ITPicking and packaging lines
One of the most effective ways to optimize order fulfillment is through semi-automated Pick-to-Light systems. Armes Lab’s integrated solution features modular gravity flow racking systems equipped with Pick-to-Light devices that guide operators throughout the picking process based on the picking location.
A motorized conveyor moves orders from one workstation to the next, until completion, followed by weighing and labeling operations. Replenishment of the gravity flow dedicated sensors automatically trigger replenishment requests to AWMLOG, our WMS, for missing items.
Order preparation lines can be equipped with automatic carton erectors capable of handling multiple box formats.
Cartons are automatically conveyed to picking stations, where the Pick & Pack method streamlines operations and optimizes packaging for shipment.
